Excellent service and friendly optometrist who explained everything in simple language with regards to a change in my vision. He also managed to repair a small issue with my current specs so they didn't have to be sent off which I'm very grateful for. I also witnessed how he put a young toddler at ease who had to be treated with eye-drops. I have been with Cottons for some years now and I've always trusted them. New specs may well be more costly than purchasing online but you've got that backup of expertise ;such as knowledge of which frames are suitable for your lenses which is very important if you have a relative complex prescription like mine and excellent aftercare.
